Is TV-Mail in any way related to the common e-mail (through the PC)?
|
| TV-Mail operates in almost the same way as the regular e-mail through the PC, but in this case it operates through the TV-Set. Furthermore, TV-Mail does not require any subscription to an internet provider (i.e cytanet) and it is available to all miVision subscribers for free. It is noted that, you cannot send or receive any attachments through the TV-Mail. |

How can I find out my e-mail address?
|
You can easily find out your e-mail address (as well as your account number), by checking at the field “To” in any of the incoming messages found in your inbox. Alternatively, you can contact CYTA’s Call Centre by dialing 132.
Your e-mail address has the following format:
a) for the family user: [account number]f@i-mail.com.cy
b) for the super-user: [account number]s@i-mail.com.cy
For example, if your account number is 31100275, the e-mail address of the family user will be 31100275f@i-mail.com.cy and that of the super user 31100275s@i-mail.com.cy. |

Can I change my e-mail address and how?
|
| The e-mail addresses of the family user and the super user which are automatically created, cannot be changed. If you wish to create an e-mail address of your choice, you can do so by adding a new user and allocating your preferred e-mail address during this procedure. |

Can I have more than one e-mail address?
|
| Each user can only have one e-mail address. You can create up to 8 users, each of which can have his/her own e-mail address. Hence, you can have up to 8 different e-mail addresses. |

Is there any relationship between TV-Mail and any other e-mail account (i.e. cytanet)?

| TV-Mail is independent from any other e-mail account. |

Can I save my e-mail addresses? (Address Book)
|
| Yes. You can save your e-mail addresses by selecting the “Address Book” option and by following the corresponding procedure as descried in the User Guide. |

| Your e-mail messages are kept in your inbox, as in the case of the regular e-mail. |

How can I find out whether the e-mail address I wish to create is not already allocated to another user?

| The system can recognize whether an e-mail address already exists and does not allow any duplication. In this case, you will be asked to allocate a different e-mail address. |

| No. You can keep as many messages as you wish, as long as they do not exceed 10 MB. |

| No. You can write messages with as many characters as you like in text format. However, you cannot send or receive any attachments. |

In which languages can I write? Can I switch from one language to another?

| You can write in Greek or Latin characters. You can switch from one language to another by selecting “ALT” and while keeping it pressed, select “0”. |

| Yes, you can send or receive messages to/from anyone. These could be other Cytavision subscribers or subscribers to internet providers in Cyprus (i.e cytanet) or abroad. |
