 Will I need an electrician for any network changes before being connected to Cytavision? Who is responsible for the installation of Cytavision?

Cyta technicians will carry out the installation of Cytavision even if this requires extending the network from one room to another, without any extra charge, according to the customers’ guidance.

Will the performance of the services offered be affected when Cytavision, internet (Cyta-DSL) and the telephone line are used simultaneously?

What is the quality of the picture and the sound of Cytavision? Is Cytavision somewhere on display to be viewed?

| The fast speeds (3Mbps) used guarantee the transmission of digital picture and sound constantly at a very high quality. Moreover, they are not affected by the traffic of the network and bad weather conditions. miVision is on display at some Cyta shops (Strovolos and Lykavitos at Nicosia, Dodekanisou at Limassol, Ag. Anargyron at Larnaca and Central at Pafos). |

Is it definite that I can connect to Cytavision when I am already an Cyta-DSL subscriber?

| First of all we have to check whether Cytavision is available in your area. Furthermore, we have to check the distance and quality of the line between your house and the local telephone exchange. It should be noted that Cyta-DSL operates in longer distances than Cytavision does. |

Does Cytavision support Home Cinema with Dolby Digital 5.1?

| The Set Top Box have a RCA (S/P-DIF) reception enabling the output of digital sound (AC-3), which you can connect to the digital input RCA of the Home Cinema amplifier and enjoy movies with digital sound and Dolby Digital 5.1, provided that the specific movie offers this possibility. |

Does the customer need to modify the internal wiring of his/her house in order to be able to connect to Cyta-DSL and miVision in order for all the telephone sockets to continue operating?

| There is no need for the customer to make any modifications to its existing telephone wiring. Cyta will provide all necessary filters to make sure that all telephone sockets operate. |

Is it necessary for the telephone socket to be near to the TV set? I want to get Cytavision and I already have i-choice. However, my computer is situated in the bedroom whereas the TV set in the living room. What do I have to do with the wiring of all these services?

Ιt is not necessary to have a telephone socket near to your TV set. Cyta undertakes to install the required equipment as well as to make the wirings needed, with no extra cost, even if these involve wiring from one room to another, according to the customer’s guidance. The quality of the picture and the sound on the main TV set will be superior than the rest TV sets in the house, provided that the main TV set is connected to the mini-Din output of the STB (Amino Set-Top-Box).
If you wish to install Pirelli STB notice that Pirelli STB does not provide RF output. If your internal television network is connected through RF cabling and you wish to remain that way you can get RF modulators from specialized stores (View Set-Top Box Connection Instructions)
The quality of Video and audio signals of the Primary TV will be better than all the rest TV sets, if the Primary tv will be connected in the HDMI / Scart / S-video or RCA output of the STB.

How the TV set is connected to the Set Top Box (STB)?

The Amino STB is connected to the TV set using a ‘mini-Din’ on scart or on S-Video or on composite cable or on a RF cable, depending on the TV receptions.
Pirelli STB can be connected with your TV Set in four (4) differed ways: Scart-Scart/ RCA-RCA/ S-VIDEO & RCA / HDMI-HDMI cables depending on your TV inputs. (Watch the analytical description in the Set-Top Box Connection Instructions). Pirelli STB does not provide RF output. If your internal television network is connected through RF cabling and you wish to remain that way you can get RF modulators from specialized stores. Furthermore if you have DVD Players / Recorders or Video recorders that provide RF out you can use it to continue your RF cabling, otherwise you may leave you TV network as it is and not change STB.
