Connection Capability

The most essential precondition is that the applicant is or intents to become a subscriber of Cyta fixed telephony. In addition, the following two factors which determine the quality of signal, determine whether Cytavision can be made available over a customer's fixed line:

• ?he diameter of the cupreous line which connects the Cyta telephone center and the customer's premises and
• the distance between customer's residence and the local telephone exchange, which must be less than 3 kilometres.

After, submitting the application for the provision of the service, Cyta technicians will make all the necessary measurements and inform the customer whether his/her fixed line qualifies for the service and if sufficient network resources are available.
